TENNESSEE MOUNTAIN BOUND FOR KURT SICILIANO

Rockin’, rollin’, demolishin’, and diggin’ are just few of the many activities you’ll find Kurt Siciliano doing in one of his favorite “toys.” Since June 2008, he has served as our civil field operations manager helping with demo, earthwork, site utilities, and hardscape services on many projects. After 12 years at O’Shea, Kurt will start a new adventure in eastern Tennessee, where he plans to build his forever home with his family.

But before he leaves, Kurt will finish up a few more projects with Matt Allen, civil division estimator/project manager. For 2 ½ years, Kurt has acted as Matt’s right-hand man in the field, and Matt will miss having him around.

“Kurt and I have worked well together over the years, always learning and improving our department. Part of our success comes from his experience and calm demeanor. In addition, this guy also has a lot of information bouncing around in his head, and you can’t get that from just anywhere.”

For Kurt, he’ll miss the excitement of working in the field and his friends. “I’ve enjoyed the luxury of having a new ‘office’ every day for the past 12 years, so I’ll definitely miss that part of the job. But most importantly, I’ll miss the many friendships I’ve forged during my time at O’Shea.”

As we say goodbye, we hope Kurt and his family enjoy their next great adventure together.
