A. I grew up in Greenview, Ill.

A. My proudest moment is having my two healthy kids.

A. The Notebook.

Q. What is your idea of a dream vacation? 

A. Anywhere warm and sunny.

Q. Would you rather be driving a pickup truck, an SUV, a luxury sedan, or a convertible anything?  

A. SUV.

Q. A perfect weekend for you would include?   

A. A perfect weekend for me would be spending time with my family and having no responsibilities, other than just being together.

A. Dog and cat.
