O'Shea Builders welcomes Devon Armstrong!
Devon Armstrong has joined our Operations team as a Project Manager. Devon is coming to us from Irving, Texas where he spent 7+ years working in commercial construction as a Superintendent. Devon and his wife Rachael currently reside in Petersburg, IL but grew up in the Ashland/Jacksonville area.
Devon is a Western University graduate where he majored in Agriculture. Devon is looking forward to expanding his construction experience and love for building with the O’Shea team!
