The Minority Trades Network, formerly known as the Minority Workforce Network, connects members of the minority community with rewarding career opportunities in the construction industry. Created by O'Shea Builders and Solid Ground Solutions, this one-of-a-kind initiative provides a comprehensive look at the local construction trades and the career paths that each offers. The group meets for two hours, once a week, for twelve weeks. At the end of the program, participants typically commit to a trade union to get started on their new career path.
