O'Shea Announces New Hire
Amanda Maxheimer recently joined the O’Shea Team as a Planning Operations Manager in Springfield. In this role, she will bring a wealth of operations knowledge and experience to the project development stage of projects with the goal of ensuring consistency. In addition, she is helping plan for an exceptional construction experience by identifying constraints and creating logistics plans, phasing plans, and milestone schedules.
Before joining O'Shea, Amanda previously worked as a Project Manager for Clayco and CORE/POINTCORE Construction. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, along with her Project Management Professional certification.
Amanda resides in Mt. Pulaski, Ill. with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she likes to rehab furniture and spend time with her family.
