Please welcome our new team members to the BEST TEAM, our TEAM!

Reide Beyers, project engineer, is working out of the Springfield office. His prior experience includes serving as a construction inspector at Milano & Grunloh Engineer, as well as working as a quality control asst. manager at CCI Redimix. Reide has an associate’s in Civil Engineering Technology from Lake Land College and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from ISU. Reide lives in Pana, Ill. with his Labrador Retriever, Cash, and in his spare time, he enjoys hunting, trading crypto currency, and hanging out with his family and friends.

Connor Bryant, intern, is working on the Williamsville-Sherman Schools project. Connor, who calls Sherman home, attends SIUE where he is majoring in Construction Management. Outside of school, Connor serves in the U.S. Air Force as a senior airman for aerospace propulsion and also enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.

Justin Carr, intern, is helping on the State Farm projects. He currently attends Illinois State University where he is majoring in Construction Management. In his spare time, Justin and his identical twin, Austin (also a CM major), are on ISU’s competitive Bass Fishing Team where they’ve been able to travel the country for several tournaments.

Ryan Elshoff, intern, is lending a hand at HSHS St. John’s Hospital. Ryan, grew up in Chatham, but currently attends Middle Tennessee State University where he is majoring in Concrete Industry Management. Ryan is also a U.S. Marine Corps. veteran.  

Kourion Mack, intern, is working with Mike Sunley on the Dominican Monastery and other Memorial projects. He attends SIUE where he is majoring in Construction Management. Kourion grew up in Peoria and currently resides in Edwardsville. In his free time, he enjoys working out, watching sports, and trading and reading up on crypto currencies and books.

Ryan Phipps, superintendent, is working on the Champaign Unit 4 projects. Before joining O’Shea, Ryan served as superintendent for 15 years on a variety of water and waste facilities, K-12, higher ed, and other commercial projects for Williams Brothers Construction Co., PJ. Hoerr, and most recently CORE Construction. Currently, Ryan resides in Bloomington, Ill. He is a proud father of three children, Shelby (25), Lillie (19), and Jackson (17), as well as grandfather to Arya (3) and Oliver (6 mos.). Outside of work, Ryan’s hobbies include traveling, camping, kayaking, and spending time with his family.

Luke Siliskie, general foreman, is also working on the Champaign Unit 4 projects. Prior to O’Shea, he worked for several years at East Moline Glass as a Union glazier. Luke grew up in Pawnee, Ill. and currently lives in Mackinaw with his wife Breigh and their two children, Austin (9) and Harleigh (7). When Luke’s not working, he likes hanging out with his family, working outside, and woodworking.
