Construction runs in Matt's veins as he was born and raised in a construction loving family and started working the trades as a teenager. With over 15 years of experience working as an estimator and project manager focused on heavy civil construction, he loves that the civil sector is function over form. His favorite part about working at O’Shea are the people. He says, “Having a career in the construction industry can be very challenging. It’s the people you work with that make all the difference.” When Matt isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, and son Carter.
