O’Shea Builders is Construction Manager for the renovation of HSHS St. John’s Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The two-phased project expands patient capacity from 40 to 54 patients, and the overall patient care space by 28,500 square feet. The renovated space provides private suites for families to spend more time with their babies, as well as sleep rooms for patient families. Phase one is completed, and Phase Two is underway.
This project has a special place in our hearts because several O’Shea team members have spent time in the NICU with their children. We are proud to be a part of a project with a great community impact.
