Taylorville Memorial Hospital
O’Shea Builders completed a two-phase project at Taylorville Memorial Hospital. The first phase included the construction of a new 80,700 square-foot building that houses 25 patient rooms, a rehab services area, outpatient services, a specialty clinic, and meeting and educational rooms. The new building was built next to the existing hospital.
The second phase involved the demolition of the top four stories of the existing five‐story hospital, along with construction expanding the 1st floor of the new addition by 17,300 square-feet. The phase 2 addition expansion houses a new kitchen and dining area, as well as additional administrative offices.
