O’Shea Builders successfully completed an addition and renovation project for Hillsboro CUSD #3, transforming Hillsboro High School’s campus. The project included replacing the main classroom building with a modern, state-of-the-art facility that connects the existing gym, cafeteria, and ag buildings—bringing the campus together under one roof with a new secure central entrance.
In total, the project delivered approximately 72,000 square feet of new construction, providing updated learning spaces designed for today’s students. In addition, O’Shea constructed a new practice gym, locker rooms, a storm shelter, and expanded parking lots and driving lanes to improve accessibility and functionality across the campus.
The project was completed in time for the 2025–2026 school year, providing Hillsboro students and staff with a safer, more connected, and future-ready learning environment.
