O’Shea Builders completed a renovation project at Crispin Hall for Illinois College (IC) in Jacksonville. As part of this project, Crispin Hall transformed from an outdated academic building into a state-of-the-art research center that houses computer science, mathematics, psychology, physics, and engineering. Construction included a 26,500-square-foot renovation of classrooms, labs and restrooms with a custom three-door elevator.
Construction was completed for the 2023-2024 school year, so IC has the spaces needed to accommodate for the growth in enrollment, as well as ensure the students’ learning experience is top-notch.
