O’Shea Builders is serving as Construction Manager for Lincoln Land Community College’s construction project.
A total of approximately 73,685 sf of renovation work will be implemented over the next several years spread throughout various parts of the College’s Main Campus in Springfield, Illinois.
The entire project will be phased and includes the following:
Phase A
· A1 - Renovate Upper Level - Millennium / Community Ed, Adult Ed, Classrooms, Break Room – 10,950 sf
· A2 - Renovate Main Level - Millennium / Human Resources, Advancement, Classrooms – 10,860 sf
· A3 - Renovate portion of Main Level / Upper Level - Sangamon to create (3) new Classrooms – 2,500 sf
· A3a - Create Community Ed / Adult Ed Classrooms – Trutter – 1,740 sf
Phase B
· B1 - Renovate portion of Main Level - Menard / Bookstore, PRM Offices – 14,100 sf
· B2 - Renovate portion of Main Level - Menard / Institutional Research , President's Office Suite – 3,875 sf
Phase C
· C1 - Renovate portion of Lower Level - Menard / IT Offices, Student Life & Government – 6,800 sf
· C2 - Renovate portion of Lower Level - Menard / IT Support Space, Meeting Space, GN Toilet Room(s) – 5,100 sf
· C3 - Renovate Main Level - Menard / Corridor and Lower Level Menard / New Gathering Stair, Dining – 15,500 sf
· C4 - Renovate Lower Level - Menard / Logger Lair – 2,260 sf
