O’Shea Builders is working on a project at the Madison Park Place apartments in Springfield that serve as multi-family housing units. The project includes 166,000-square-feet of renovation for 151 units being remodeled in 73 buildings. O’Shea Builders is self-performing a number of items on the project including siding, shingles, cabinets, vinyl windows and doors.
