O’Shea Builders partnered with Maroa-Forsyth CUSD #2 to transform their middle school facility into a cutting-edge learning environment that will cultivate and challenge the next generation of leaders. The project includes the following additions and renovations at the school:
- 82,000-square-foot middle school addition to the high school
- Renovations to classrooms, administration offices, gymnasium and dining/kitchen areas
- New auditorium
- Building demolition and site work
