O’Shea Builders completed construction on Medics First of Springfield Illinois, an emergency rescue service. Medics First moved into the old Shop N’ Save store on North Grand Avenue in Springfield, which sat vacant for years.
The Design-Build project includes:
45,000-square-foot renovation that houses:
- 25,000 square feet for vehicle storage
- 11,500 square feet for future tenant buildout
- 4,500 square feet for office space
- 4,000 square feet for living quarters
