As Construction Manager, O’Shea Builders led the construction of a new child care center for Memorial Health in Springfield. The project included construction of a 34,000-square-foot facility that doubles the capacity and square footage per child and has space for infants through Pre-K.
Construction included:
- 18 Classrooms
- Multipurpose room and storm shelter
- Kitchen with teaching area
- Administration wing
- Living room
- Four designated playgrounds
