In 2017, Springfield Public Schools District 186 conducted a long-term facilities master plan to support 21st century learning called “Our Schools, Our Future.” O’Shea Builders joined the Project Management Team for the facilities plan that encompasses 34 projects over 12 years with multiple phases.
O'Shea Builders is in the project development phase for Owen Marsh Elementary School. This will be a replacement school with a new gym, cafeteria and flex learning spaces.
