O'Shea Announces New Hire

Donovan Herpel recently joined the O’Shea civil team as a project manager. Before joining O’Shea, he worked for Contegra Construction Company. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Structural Specialty from SIUE.

Donovan, who grew up in Springfield, has travelled around the U.S. for the past 10 years for work. Donovan and his wife, Jenny, their two children, Owen and Ava, and their dog, Charlie, are excited to be back in Springfield.

In Donovan’s spare time, he enjoys training for CrossFit competitions and reading.
