Contracts Specialist

As a Contracts Specialist you’d serve an essential compliance role, providing expertise to prequalifications, licenses, registrations, owner contracts, insurance, subcontracts, and Master Subcontract Agreements. You’d be at the center of everything - collaborating with Project Development, Construction Administration, Accounting, and Legal. If you’re highly organized, proactive and have experience as a paralegal or legal assistant or other contracts-related experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Construction Management Internship

As a CM Intern, you will be responsible for performing tasks requiring the application of standard construction techniques and procedures. This includes work in the areas of project management, scheduling and cost control, estimating, safety and health, and procurement.
