O'Shea Announces New Hire

Shynisha Evans recently joined the O’Shea Team as an employee development coordinator. In this role, she will be instrumental in helping to coordinate the recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and training activities for the O'Shea Team.

Shynisha comes to O’Shea from State Farm where she worked as an underwriter assistant. Prior to that, she served as a certified medical assistant for HSHS for three years. She is a graduate of Millikin University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership.

​Shynisha and her 6-year-old daughter, Skylar, live in Decatur, along with their 1-year-old Rottweiler, Elsa. In her spare time, Shynisha enjoys reading books, target practice at the gun range, and walking/biking.
