O’Shea Announces New Hire

Yolonda Wilder recently joined O’Shea’s People Operations team as a people operations specialist in Springfield. In that role, her primary responsibilities involve ensuring that the company’s employee database and staff records are accurate and up to date at all times and that the organization is following all applicable labor laws. Yolonda will also play an essential role in all facets of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, performance management, as well as training and employee development.

Before joining O’Shea, she worked for Springfield District 186 where she worked as a payroll manager. Yolonda has a double Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management and is currently studying to take her People in Human Resources certification this year.

Yolonda is from Decatur, IL. and currently lives in Springfield. She has three adult children, Asia (30), Jaylen (28), and Jarrell (22).

In Yolonda’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family, and doing self-care.
