O’Shea Announces New Hire

O’Shea Builders welcomes Devin Powell, construction administrator.

Powell is based out of the Springfield office.

Powell graduated from UIS with a degree in business management. She has spent the past six years with Illinois Retina Center and the Central Illinois Retina Institute as a certified ophthalmic associate. Powell grew up in Farmersville and currently resides in Girard with her husband, Josh and stepson, Carson. She enjoys watching her stepson play sports, camping, mowing grass, baking, and traveling.
